Refund policy

As Londubh Studio's products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns nor provide refunds. In the event that there is a problem with the quality of your order, please reach out to us at orders@londubhstudio.com so we can work to replace it. We strongly recommend purchasing a sample(s) and consulting with a professional installer prior to placing your order to verify dimensions and quantities needed for your project.

Please take extra care when ordering your wallpaper DESIGN, COLOURWAY, and QUANTITY, and when confirming destination address.

Please inspect all wallpaper upon receipt.

We are not responsible for any re-shipment or re-printing costs incurred including if provided mailing address is incorrect or you realize upon receipt that you purchased the wrong paper, colourway, or quantity.

In the case something has gone wrong on our end, we can only take responsibility if issues are reported immediately. Do not install any portion of wallpaper. All products must be returned in 10 business days. We are not responsible for labor or labor costs associated with installation or reinstallation of our wallpapers.
