3. Portfolio and Project Images
Photographs and depictions of completed projects shown on this site document original artistic work created by Studio. Under Studio's standard client agreements, Studio retains all intellectual property rights in its Designs, including the right to photograph completed work and publish those images for promotional purposes. Display of a project on this site does not grant any visitor, client, or third party the right to reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from the underlying Design or its photographic depiction.

4. Restrictions on Use
No content on this site may be reproduced, distributed, copied, downloaded, or used to create derivative works without Studio's prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under Studio's Terms of Service.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Data Collection
